Reporting a Calculation Error
These are the messages we act on fastest. To make that possible, please include three things: the exact word or phrase, the system you were using, and the figure you expected. With those we can reproduce the case in seconds. Without them a report usually cannot be checked at all.
Before writing, it is worth confirming which method your source used. A Hebrew word ending in a final letter will differ between Mispar Hechrachi and Mispar Gadol, often by several hundred, and an English word will differ across all seven ciphers. Most reported errors turn out to be two different systems being compared, which the reference charts will show immediately.
Suggesting a Cipher
If there is a method you use that this site does not cover, send the full letter mapping and, ideally, a source for it. Methods with a documented history are added; ones that exist only as an undocumented list are generally not.
What We Cannot Help With
We do not interpret results, read meaning into a personal name, or offer guidance based on a number. Gematria Codex calculates values and publishes the tables behind them. What anyone makes of those values is outside what this site does.
